Festival Rules
A few ground rules keep the festival safe and family-friendly for everyone.
- Absolutely No Fires Due to extreme drought conditions, fires of any kind are prohibited. Any violation will result in removal from the event.
- Absolutely No Dogs Dogs are not permitted at the event. No exceptions.
- No Vehicles Off Gravel Roads No vehicles in festival or camp areas and no driving at night. Plan to leave your vehicle in place for the duration of your stay.
- No Drugs or Alcohol To maintain a family-friendly atmosphere, drugs and alcohol are not allowed at the event.
- Dress Code Outfits should be respectful and family-appropriate—think about what you'd feel good posting on the Beartaria Times app.
- Children Must Be Supervised At All Times Thank you for looking out for our youngest attendees.
- Stay in Designated Areas For your safety, avoid tall grass and stick to marked paths and areas.
- Respect Performances Please be courteous during performances and presentations. Avoid disruptions.
- Respect Festival Workers Please be respectful to all workers and volunteers at the event.
- No Solicitation No flyers or advertisements without permission. Sales of any kind require a vendor agreement.
- Leave No Trace Clean up after yourself and minimize hazards (glass, sharp objects, tripping hazards) in all areas.
